Born from the desire to give form and substance to a free and timeless vision of fashion, the brand produced entirely in Florence offers clothing and accessories with a fluid and contemporary character, new ready-to-wear basics.

Not just stores. Société Anonyme is also an independent brand indifferent to conventions, whose imprint reflects the Dada spirit of its founders and the boutique. Société Anonyme is an independent brand and a Florentine concept store founded by Massimiliano Giannelli in 1999.

The name of the brand is a tribute to the Société Anonyme of Marcel Duchamp, Katherine Dreier and Man Ray who, in the 20s, were concerned with financing young independent artists in their avant-garde art gallery. The memory of the Dada world and the artistic effrontery of those years are always present in the collections.

Volumes are the basis of SA's designs and aesthetic transversality is central to their philosophy. Having this concept as a pivotal base, various influences coexist in the garments. From Japanese inspired wide cuts to northern European minimalism; from Californian skater movement all the way through the eco-sustainability of the outdoor world.  

All creations are entirely Made in Italy produced locally in the surroundings of Florence.
